FIAT - Crisis Volunteer SupportIn a crisis, individuals come together to support one another and our community. With a commitment of support and preparation, we can respond even faster to support people on their worst day. Please share your strengths and talents in this form, FIAT (Faith in Action Team) will work to match your talents with non-profit organizations in advance of the next disaster (Your contact information will not be shared without your permission). When an emergency occurs, you may be contacted to activate in support of FIAT or another non-profit organization. Periodically, you will be contacted to determine if you are still interested and can opt-out at any time. FIAT’s (Faith in Action Team’s) Mission: Build community-level support to mitigate disaster. Reduce gaps between a disaster striking and mobilizing a response. Restore communities faster. Ensure the longevity of our communities with long-term recovery commitments. We hope to do this through... Connecting local community talent to existing response organizations. Join us For Fellowship and a MealDinners are provided in order to grow /promote our community! They are also intended to feed the lonely & needy amongst us. These meals are free to all but donations to cover parish expenses are appreciated. In person dining starts at 5:30PM. Take out dinners are also available for those who still need to avoid crowds. 2nd Friday of the Month at the Holy Family Parish Hall Beginning at 5:30pm
